Responsibilities;

• Lesson Implementation: Deliver provided lesson plans with an attention to detail, ensuring students' attainment of the daily learning objectives and their completion of their assignments.

• Classroom Management: Manage classroom behaviors by setting clear expectations, supervising students during unstructured learning time, and redirecting challenging behaviors according to school behavior protocols.

• Teacher Report: Provide the teacher a record of detailed notes regarding student behavior and progress toward the day's learning objectives.

Requirements;

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required.

• Certification: A CA Credential, Emergency 30-day Substitute Permit, or any other permit allowing you to substitute teach in the state of California is highly desired.

• Experience: Prior experience working with grade school students in an educational setting is required. Experience teaching and lesson planning is a plus.

• Mission Driven: Must be enthusiastic about the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and dedicated to addressing their individual needs.

• References: 3 professional references, including one from a supervisor, to showcase your strengths!
