Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons using pre-prepared lesson plans while creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
• Maintain classroom structure and ensure a productive space for learning.
• Follow school policies and procedures to support student success.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and build positive connections with students at our Partner Schools.

What We're Looking For

• Education: A bachelor's degree is required. While a teaching credential or permit is preferred, it's not essential for all School Partners-if this role interests you, we welcome your application!
• Experience: Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with children is a must!
• Skills: Strong classroom management, adaptability, and communication skills will set you apart as a standout Substitute Teacher with Tradewind Subs.
